This includes basic canon info but is more geared towards like . . . motivations, specific camp behavior, past events, anything else you can think of, really. "Why does ______ do this?" "Why does _____ act that way around them?" "Why does _____ not want etc. etc. and so on?" etc.

This is more to fulfill any curiosities rather than a forum for concrit, but feel free to use it that way too. "Why the fuck would ____ DO THAT like you did last night?" XD And I'll do my best to answer! It'll also help me work out motivations and such into words.

And for the record, I play Chizuru, Himeko, Misa, Mana, Yoshitaka, Suiseiseki, Kururu, Ryou, and Matsu. NOW ASK, FOOLS, ASK

Clothing/Appearance:
Chizuru's icons mostly show her in her uniform, since she hardly ever shows up in non-school settings in canon. However, she rarely wears her uniform in camp--usually only when she's got absolutely nothing else clean. XD For the most part, she dresses in the sort of thing you can see in the icon for this post--jeans or slacks (of the somewhat tight variety) and simple button-up shirts and the like. (Her default icon provides another good example of the kind of top she likes to wear. 8Db)

Her hair is the same color as can be seen in the default icon--not quiiiite the same shade the anime icons show. She wears it loose about 99% of the time, but sometimes when she's bumming around the cabin with Chisame she'll pull it into a stubby little ponytail. The glasses are always on unless she's asleep or bathing (and even then she'll sometimes wear them into the onsen or whatnot). Doesn't really wear makeup. Tends to go for a casual-but-attractive.

Body-wise, she might have an official height from one of the databooks or something, but I totally forget it. XD She's a bit taller than Chisame and pretty slim in build--not gaunt, but on the skinny side.

Habits/mannerisms/body language:
This, unsurprisingly, varies somewhat based on who she's talking to and the gender of who she's talking to in particular. If you're a guy, she'll put a little more distance between herself and you, especially if you're a guy she's uncomfortable with; girls she tends to get a lot more up close and personal with--and downright touchy if you're a girl she finds attractive. She tends to speak animatedly, with a lot of gestures, especially ones involving pointing. Girls touching her is A-Okay with her unless she doesn't think they're attractive (she'd be kinda horrified if Benio got feely on her, for instance). Guys touching her is NO BAD DENIED GUESS AGAIN, whether she likes them or not. XD Brief friendly shoulderpats or handshakes or whatever she can kinda tolerate without yelling, but beyond that, ew.

Chizuru's voice is fairly high. Sometimes a bit squealy, even. XD And she's pretty given to loudness of various kinds.

Current Residence: Girls' Cabin 4

Typical Routine:
Camp has thrown Chizuru's hours all out of whack; her sleep schedule tends to fluctuate. Her "base schedule" involves getting up fairly early (around 8) and going to bed pretty late (after midnight). Every once in a while, this leads her to crash for over ten hours, but that doesn't happen too often. She tends to wander out of the cabin for breakfast and a jog, unless Chisame happens to be awake, in which case Chizuru will attach herself to her for a while and bother/molest her while she's at the computer. >D From there, she doesn't keep much of a routine, though she likes to get a decent amount of exercise in. If it's a day that she started with Chisame-bothering, she'll try to drag Chisame outside--usually in a playful way that she doesn't really expect to work (and, sure enough, it often doesn't). XD

Favorite Haunts:
Girls' 4, the tennis courts, anywhere there're people (girls) doing something social

Does she make her own bed?
She shares a bed with Chisame, and yes, she's the one who usually ends up making it, but this doesn't happen often, since Chisame's usually using it. Chizuru dates a slob. ;o;

Me: My original, longest-running Internet handle was VoidStar, which I totally thought was a wicked-cool sounding name in high school and blah blah blah self-insert Tenchi Muyo fanfiction blah blah blah somehow it ended up sticking for years and there's still stuff written under that name floating around on various websites. (NONE OF IT IS THE AFOREMENTIONED SI CRAP THOUGH, SO DON'T BOTHER.) Anyway, nowadays I pretty much go by my OOC journal name, dosetsu, or various humorous shortenings thereof. Though most CFUD-involved people tend to call me Chizuru.

I play: Chizuru, Himeko, Sayo, Yuuna, Yoshitaka, IN DESCENDING ORDER OF HOW OFTEN. I try to get everyone out and all, b-but yeah uh I can't make any claims to balance.

Available on: When I'm online (and I'm online a lot!) I tend to be on IRC. I very rarely "away" on IRC, I'm either there or not. However, since my aways are so rare, I tend to forget to set a nickname indicating that I'm away. XD So if you PM me and I'm not answering or whatnot I may be off playing silly superhero games or something like that. I am capable of getting on IRC from work, but for some reason my work Internet has a serious hate-on for IRC most of the time, so I drop from the channel a lot.

I'm also on AIM fairly often, under the screenname Xhizurur Forever. When on IRC I'm usually on as Chizuru, but I'll occasionally nick to one of my other characters--most often Himeko or Sayo.

Timezone/Language: I'm on EST--however, I tend to be up when lots of non-EST people are because I work nights and sleep during the day. English is the only language I can speak with any confidence, but I can read Japanese okay. If I have furigana that tends to help a lot

The playing experience: I'm not the spammer some are and I'm distractable, which means more short/dropped threads than I'd like. Really, feel free to poke me if you're looking for a reply and I haven't given one in a timely fashion, I don't mind! XD I'm on a pretty good connection at home, and am capable of getting on at work, but for obvious reasons I tend to be a bit slower than usual at work unless there's like NOTHING going on.

Goals: None in particular? Just . . . playin', bein' IC while bein' funny, meetin' characters and havin' a good time. I like apping semi-obscure, smaller-time characters and so forth, but that's more of a general trend than a goal.

Betaing: I've betaed before! I wasn't that great at it, unfortunately, and swore it off for a little while. XD I'm less inclined against it now, so feel free to ask! As mentioned above, I'm on IRC and AIM a lot; you can hit me up via email, too--it's in my OOC journal's profile.

Of course, be advised that when I say "beta" I mainly mean "proofread." I'll help you out with spelling and grammar stuff, and of course ICness if I know the canon well enough to comment on that. I won't help you write jokes or stuff like that.

AUs: Not really. XD Joke ones, maybe. I don't have any problems with porn, as such, I just think LJ's a really awkward medium for it. I'm also bad at writing that sort of thing for an audience.

Pimping: Sometimes! I need to do this more, actually, argh. I pimped random PPD! episodes way back when but haven't really done anything like that since. XD

Other: I dunno, stuff. Oh yeah, sorta echoing Tomo here, feel free to tell me if I'm overstepping in some fashion or if I should stay out of a particular thread, stuff like that. I hate stepping on toes--though admittedly, I do tend to drop in on threads unannounced a lot. XD That doesn't mean I won't delete or change a comment if asked, though!

So I was looking at Tomo's journal the other day, and saw this awesome entry which I had totally missed when it was actually posted. XDD So I figured I'd take a shot at writing something similar, because I always did want to get some of this stuff down. Basically, it's an essay about why I play Chizuru the way she does, with a focus on her upbringing and home life.

Ripping off something Axel and Roxas did five months ago: the random facts meme, CHIZURU AND CHISAME STYLEZZ. Random tidbits of information about the ORIGINAL and STILL GREATEST camp yuri couple, both as individuals and as a UNIT. 8Db

Kicking things off: Chizuru is a very deep sleeper. Once she's down, there's almost no waking her up until she does so on her own. However, it sometimes takes her a while to actually fall asleep, so she tends to be up at weird hours.

HEY GUYS I am biting off of Tomo tonight apparently here is an ESSAY MEME. Ask me...stuff. I'll write poorly-structured, rambling responses aplenty!

I should do a proper keyword explanation post soon, BUT UNTIL THEN YOU GET THIS. Much like Chisame, a ton of my keywords for ALL my characters are from song lyrics; Chizuru is no exception. And weirdly, randomly, a lot of hers are from "The Great Western Road" by David Byrne. I have no good explanation for this other than "I was redoing her keywords and listening to this song and yeah." It's not really a song I associate with her in any way, it just sort of--happened. I like its lyrics a lot. XD
